I have been so busy this weekend that I didn't get to post any pictures. One of the things that kept me busy was Nicolas' birthday. This is not a great picture ( I didn't take it :-) )but you can get a view of my creation a Monster Snake cake. The consensus is that it looks more like a dragon. I don't mind the important thing is that it tasted great.

That is a great cake!!! I have figured out that is the one class I want to find and take first...a good cake decorating class.
What a great cake! My 7yods, who also celebrated a b'day this weekend, was standing behind me when I clicked on your blog earlier today and said "What a neat cake! It looks like a dragon!" Hope you had a great time celebrating together.
