Some Surprises
Surprise Number 1: A friend called me to go out for a walk. I haven't gone for a walk in weeks. It has been rainy and wet for a long time here. It felt good to go out. Good exercise, good friend, good conversation.

What a sweet picture of you and your son! I also love the fact that your dh snapped a photo of you in front of the computer!
I like the "surprised" series. It's fun to think of a thread running through the day...sometimes we pick up on things we'd otherwise miss.
